Comprehensive Feasibility study and Best Value option analysis. Project scope definition, detailed cost estimates and project execution plan. A detailed design package which included: Architectural scope and building up-grade criteria. Process equipment, HVAC and piping design including the selection and specification of the process equipment required

Project Scope: i) Design a process in which New Product Launches can be implemented effectively using existing site process systems.
ii) Design a process for a new sterile products.
Key deliverables:
i) Delivered a product development and planning tool.
ii) Anubis delivered the key concept and detailed process design which included overseeing the fabrication and installation of additional equipment as required for the new process design.

Project Scope: To revise and update building plans for a grass-root medium sized Dry laundry manufacturing Facility.
Key deliverables:
Anubis delivered a revised assumptions plan which included updates to the conceptual design to incorporate new formulations and more recent technologies for the production and packing of the detergents. Anubis also delivered an updated project definition package, including scope definition, conceptual layouts, process flow diagrams and a capital cost estimate.

Project Scope: Develop a cost effective expansion plan to increase production capacity.
Key deliverables:
i) A comprehensive options analysis outline was developed. This included a series of designs provided in 3D model layouts representing the various process system technologies and levels of the automation that would be required to meet the targeted capacity increase.
The first phase of the solution was successfully implemented during the plant shut down window of 4 days. This included the replacement of equipment and the installation and integration of the new equipment and systems required for improved capacity.

Key deliverables:
Anubis delivered the key concept and detailed process design which included the equipment specification, hydraulic calculations, piping isometrics, PI&D’s and electrical& control design.

Project Scope: Capital Project: Build a full size manufacturing facility for dry laundry and liquid dish washing soap.
Key deliverables:
Anubis participated in the feasibility study of the project with 2 other consulting firms based in Europe. Anubis’ scope included: the process concept design and capital cost estimates for the various options. Anubis developed, studied and presented all the plant layout options and equipment arrangements using advanced 3D modelling.

A paradigm shift in Loss In Weight Feeders (LIW) Installation. A new technology delivered by Anubis sets a new bench mark to the space required and the capital needed for a LIW system. The first fully integrated off the shelf Powder Handling system for minor ingredients. 
The MHSL technology has been able to deliver 73% reduction in the total cost of installing 6 separate loss-in-weight feeder systems relative to the fully integrated 6 hopper loss-in-weight feeder system.
